How We Started

spry-velocity began in 2012 from a simple observation: most financial services assumed people already knew the basics. Banks marketed products. Advisers recommended investments. But nobody was teaching the fundamentals that make those decisions meaningful.

Our founder spent years in corporate finance watching colleagues earn substantial salaries while living paycheck to paycheck. Not because they were irresponsible, but because nobody had ever shown them how to structure their finances. The education system had failed them. Their employers offered no guidance. And traditional financial services weren't interested in clients without significant assets to manage.

We set out to fill that gap. No product sales. No commissions. Just practical education and support for people who want to understand money better.
