Remote Services

While our office is in Birmingham, all our services are available remotely via video call. We work with clients across the entire United Kingdom, from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands. Geography is no barrier to getting financial help.

Finding Our Office

By Train

Our office is a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Exit via the Stephenson Street entrance and head towards Victoria Square. Continue along Colmore Row past the Cathedral. We're located in a period building on the right-hand side, just before the junction with Newhall Street.

By Car

Colmore Row is in the city centre business district. The nearest car parks are the NCP at Snow Hill (B3 2HN) which is a 3-minute walk, or the Q-Park at Colmore Gate which is directly adjacent to our building. Please note that street parking is limited in this area.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes stop at Colmore Row or nearby Victoria Square. Routes 9, 10, 12, 22, and 48 all have stops within a 2-minute walk of our office. Check National Express West Midlands for current timetables.

Accessibility

Our building has step-free access at street level and a lift to all floors. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking and we'll ensure everything is prepared for your visit.

Not at all. The majority of our sessions are conducted via video call. This works just as effectively as in-person meetings and means we can help clients anywhere in the UK. If you prefer face-to-face and can travel to Birmingham, we're happy to meet in person.

A brief description of your situation and what you're hoping to achieve is helpful, but don't feel you need to share everything upfront. Something like "I'm struggling to save despite earning a decent salary" or "I need help creating a debt payoff plan" gives us enough to start. We'll ask follow-up questions from there.

No. Initial email exchanges and brief discovery calls (up to 15 minutes) are free. This allows us both to determine whether our services are right for your needs before any commitment.
