• Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but we will try to reschedule where possible
• No-shows: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

Session Conduct

Sessions are conducted professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate any session where conduct is inappropriate, with no refund provided.
